Could you please clarify on which floor the apartments are situated and if there is access via an elevator?

There is no elevator on the premises. The Silver and Reflection apartments are located on the first floor, while the Hidden and Glow apartments are on the second floor. A third apartment is located on the third floor.
Is the double room genuinely a double bed, or is it configured with two single beds placed together?

There are two parking options near the property. One is about 4 minutes away at Pile Gate, costing 10 euros per hour. The other is a public garage that is approximately 15 minutes away, priced at around 8 euros per hour.
